I've become a mascara snob.
Since I've started using our Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lash Mascara, I CANNOT use anything else. I'm thinking "How could anyone use anything but this? Look at the difference!" anytime I see regular mascara.
It's those green tea fibers, they are all different lengths and look REAL. After you apply your base coat, you put a coat of the fibers on (they go on with a wand like regular mascara) and then your base coat again to seal them on and your DONE. Just like that you have amazing, fabulous, crazy gorgeous lashes.

Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lash Mascara is Water Resistant
Ok this is not the greatest picture of me, in fact it's not even anywhere near the top. But I just HAD to show you how amazing this Moodstruck 3D Fiber Lash Mascara is!
I had just spent all day at the beach and had been in and out of the ocean, actually SWIMMING, not just wading my feet....but actually diving under the waves and body surfing. ALL my makeup washed off, EXCEPT for my Fiber Lash mascara!
While it's NOT water proof, it is water RESISTANT, which means that as long as you don't rub your eyes before the mascara dries, it will stay on.
After the beach all I did was reapply my BB cream and some blush, and I was good to go!

Why do cosmetic companies still test on animals? They aren't required by the FDA to do so. Typically, animal tests
for cosmetics include skin and eye irritation tests, where chemicals
are rubbed onto the shaved skin or dripped into the eyes of rabbits;
repeated oral force-feeding studies lasting weeks or months to look for
signs of general illness or specific health issues, such as cancer or
birth defects; and even widely condemned “lethal dose” tests, in which
animals are forced to swallow massive amounts of a test chemical to
determine the dose that causes death. These tests can cause considerable
pain and distress. Pain relief is not provided and at the end of a test
the animals are killed, normally by asphyxiation, neck-breaking or
decapitation

Smokey Navy look with Precocious, Risque and Naive
This look is GORGEOUS! I will be trying it out tomorrow! I love how pure the color is with our Moodstruck Mineral Pigments. I've always had a thing for smokey navy eyes, but with regular eyeshadow I could never get the BOLD navy color....it always looked muted or muddy.
With Younique's pigments, the color you see is what you get. There is no fading, muddiness, muted, they are PURE talc free color. Mix some pigment with our Refreshed Rosewater and it turns the pigments into a creamy consistancy, and the color does not budge all day! Sometimes I'll do a bold color like Royal (purple) and add a sheer layer of Sassy (pink) on top so it's a purply pink shadow. Love <3

It's a new month! June just flew by, I swear it seems like it was only a few days long. Tomorrow (the 2nd) we are leaving for a trip down to Southern California to spend the 4th with some family. It will be fun, fireworks at the beach!
